Social Networking is in itself an important aspect of our society. Being the last pillar of our organization, social networking highly completes our overall goals as an organization. This will help young Latino college students make the transition from high school to college. This pillar makes college life easier for undergraduates by offering them a familia away from home. Hermanos learn new social skills to improve and ultimately create relationships with others. Through these social interactions, our Hermanos will gain valuable experience in speaking with professionals. The Social Chairs host events where Hermanos are given a chance to interact and meet with new people. These social gatherings allow the Hermanos to create relationships and bonds with each other.
